‘Judicial Pressures and Constitutional Courage'<
The Odisha Chapter of Kautilya Society working in association with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy has been set up at the University. At Kautilya Society, NLU Odisha, we aim to provide students with practical experience in legal research and writing and to promote public policy as a legitimate career path among young law students.
We are at a point in time when the faith of the general public in institutions stands at an abyss. This has not failed to include even the Judiciary, in which people had had long-established faith and belief. Thus, Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy in association with the Kautilya Society at National Law University Odisha brings you a series of conversations entitled ‘Conscience Keeper: Judiciary as the Constitutional Guardian’.<?/p>
